When wil my order be shipped?

With each product, you can see the stock level. When a product is in backorder or when it needs some time for personalisation, an expected shipping time is listed.
Your full order will be shipped when all products are available.

If you place an order with all product on stock, then for orders  which are placed before 16:00 CET and to be shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, will be shipped the same day. For these countries, parcels are mostly delivered the next workingday and some also on Saturday. Envelop shipments are for these countries mostly delivered in 2-3 workingdays.
When your order is sent as parcel, you will receive a trackingcode. For envelop shipments, no trackingcode will be sent.

What are the opening hours of our showroom?

Normally, we are open from monday - Friday from 9:00 - 16:30 CET.

What is the guarantee duration and how can I return products?

On all our products, there is a minimal guarantee of 2 years. Some products have even a longer guarantee. In that case, it is mentioned within the product description.
For guarantee claims, please contact us. This can via emai, phone or via the website contact form.

About the Right of redrawal

The legal right of redrawal time is 14 days. Withint this time, you can return the goods. After receival of the goods in good condition, we will refund the payment. In case the full order is returned, also the paid shippingcosts will be refunded.

How do I get an activeringscode?

With each travelbug, travel tag, geocoin of other trackable, you need an activeringscode to activate your trackable at
Sometimes, the code is already added, e.g. with most travelbugs. It is then available at the paper card which is included with the product.
With the other trackables, you need to request the activastioncode at our website via the following link:

You bought a new product from Geodox. If you live within the European Union, you can drop off old device of course free of charge at the recycling center but you can also free to return to us.

Conditions for free return:

The old device is powered by AC power or batteries.
Pack the unit in a sturdy, sealed box or sturdy closed bag.
The unit is clean and empty; it should not contain any liquids and / or fats.
Individual parts are securely wrapped and put in the same box or bag.
The package does not exceed 175 cm x 78 cm x 58 cm and weighing no more than 30 kilos.
