7 Souvenirs of August Geocoin

This Geo-Achievement coin is for you to show off your achievement of obtaining all seven souvenirs of August from Geocaching.com. This coin makes a great gift.

During August, your mission is to explore more of the geocaching universe. Find specific six different cache types and earn six unique souvenirs for your geocaching profile. Here is the list of them:

    Find a Traditional geocache to earn the Explorer souvenir.
    Find a Mystery Cache to earn the Puzzler souvenir.
    Find a Multi-Cache to earn the Sightseer souvenir.
    Attend a CITO event or find an EarthCache to earn the Nature Lover souvenir.
    Attend an Event Cache, Mega-Event, or Giga-Event to unlock the Socializer souvenir.
    Find a Virtual Cache, Wherigo, Letterbox Hybrid or Webcam Cache to earn the Collector souvenir.

Once you earn all six, you’ll be among the super-cachers that unlock a special seventh souvenir.
This coin features two dragons twisted in a Celtic knot. This knot represents the guardian of treasures. They are guarding the souvenir treasures showing that these souvenirs are not easy to get. The several concentric circles on this coin represent unity.

Longs Peak Geocoin and Mount Rainier Geocoin

This is a coin from the series which was made of the beautifullest mountains of Northern Amerika.

The mountain Longs Peak is with 4.345 meter (14.255 feet) one of the 54 "Fourteeners" in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

This is a coin from the series which was made of the beautifullest mountains of Northern Amerika.

Mount Rainier is a stratovulcano in the centre of Mount-Rainier-Nationalparks, 87 km southeast of Seattle, Washington. With 4.395 Meter it is the highest top of the Caskade-chain.

The most recent documentated eruption was between 1820 en 1854, although a lot of eyewitnesses claim there was vulcanic activity in 1858, 1870, 1879, 1882 en 1894.

Kreis Borken Geocoin

This special Geocoin is dedicated to all Geocache friends in "Kreis Borken".

Kreis Borken is devided in 17 municipals, Three middle-sized cities and one big city. The bigest city is Bocholt. The other cities are Ahaus, Borken, Gescher, Gronau, Isselburg, Rhede, Stadtlohn en Vreden. Furthermore the municipals Heek, Heiden, Legden, Raesfeld, Reken, Schöppingen, Südlohn und Velen belong to this district.

This coin is limited. Geocachers from the district Borken and surroundings have a regional and traditional Geocoin, which will be a collectors item soon.
