Shipping, orderconfirmation and payment methods

Orders are delivered via GLS or TNT post.

Geocachingshop confirms your order via email to the email address which has been entered in your account. In this confirmation, the Total amount will be indicated. The actual invoice will be sent together with the shipment of the goods.

All prices are including 19% VAT for EU shipments and without VAT for shipment outside European Union.

IMPORTANT: In case you would like to cancel your order, please react within 24 hours via email or telephone.

There are 5 ways of payment:

1. Payment using DIRECTebanking (NL, D, UK, BE, SW, A)

2. Payment using iDeal (only for Dutch citizin / owners of Dutch bank account)

* Products which are higher then 3 cm or contain magnets, will be handled as package with different shipment costs then the actual weight. In that the actual weight can be lower then the weight used for calculating the shipmentcosts.

Cooling down phase

After receiving the order, the buyer has a cooling down phase of 7 days to return the product without reason, under condition that the product is not damaged or used and product package is not opened or damaged. The buyer needs to take care of returning the product unless there is real on "not-good money-back" claim. Geocachingshop.nl will, within 14 days after receiving back the products, return the payed price for the products with the exception of the shipment costs.

In case the product does not fulfill the expectations, then it can be , withtin 14 days, send back, only when it is onused and with undamaged product packages.
