Conditions of Use
General
GeneralWith "Geocachingshop.nl", in our general terms and conditions, we refer to Geodox V.O.F., of which the office is located in Nuenen, The Netherlands and located in Nuenen, Helsestraat 1, 5674 BA Nuenen, tel.nr: +31407870738, emailadres info@geocachingshop.nl. Geocachingshop.nl is enlisted commercially under the name of Geodox V.O.F. in chamber of commerce of Eindhoven, KvK-number 51677563, VAT-number NL8501.23.549.B01.
Application
These general terms & coniditions are applicable on all legal entities ,with which Geocachingshop.nl is acting as supplier of goods.
Offers
All offers of Geocachingshop.nl are non-committal. Offers are under the condition of availability. Geocachingshop.nl has the right to supply comparible products or to cancel the order. Typographical errors are allways reserved.
Agreement
The agreement between Geocachingshop.nl and the buyer will be established at the moment, the order confirmation is shown on the screen.
Deliverytime
Geocachingshop.nl uses a maximum period of 30 days. After the maximum deliverytime of 30 days, you have the right to withdraw without reason
The above deliverytimes are indicative, but can never be used as final period. Geocachingshop.nl is never liable for damage as result of the exceding the maximum delivery time.
Shipping, Invoice and paymennt methods
Orders are shipped via DHL or TNT post.
Geocachingshop.nl confirms your order per e-mail to the email address which has been supplied during the ordering process. In this email, the total amount of the shipment is given. The invoice will be delivered together with the products.
All prices are including 19% VAT for EU shipments and without VAT for shipment outside European Union.
IMPORTANT: If you, for any reason, would like to withdraw from your order, please respond within 24 uur via e-mail or telephone. Geocachingshop.nl assumes that, when no reaction took place, to order final is.
There are 5 ways of payment:
1. Payment using DIRECTebanking (The Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria)
2. Payment using iDeal (only for Dutch citizin / owners of Dutch bank account)
3. Payment by way of pre payment on our bank account nr 1311.26.261 (IBAN NL94 RABO 0131 1262 61, BIC RABONL2U)

4. Payment using Paypal (incl VISA/MasterCard/AMEX; 3.5% addition)

Shipment and administration costs are calculated using the weight of your order.

* Products which are higher then 3 cm or contain magnets, will be handled as package with different shipment costs then the actual weight. In that the actual weight can be lower then the weight used for calculating the shipmentcosts.

Cooling down period
After receival of the goods, the consumer has the cooling down perdiod of 7 days to return the goods, without the need to provide an explaination. The consumer needs to take care of returning the products, propely packed to prevent any damage to the products. In case of a correct claim, Geocachingshop.nl will, within 14 days after receival of the goods, return the payment, with the exception of shipment- and administration costs.
In case the products are not according expectation, they can be returned within 2 weeks if they unused and in undamaged packaging. Geocachingshop.nl will return the payment of the returned goods, with the exception of the shipment- and administration costs. The consumer needs to take care of returning the products, propely packed to prevent any damage to the products.
Privacy notice
Geocachingshop.nl handels your personal details with care. This means that Geocachingshop.nl will never provide this informatie to others.
Geocachingshop.nl requests you to fill in your phone number and e-mail address , so that we, in case required, can contact you.
The legal requirements for the protection of personal information as written down in the "Wet Persoonsregistraties/ de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens", are propely followed by Geocachingshop.nl. Customers have allways the option to look into their own account information, to update it and to delete the information. In case a customer would like to delete their account, we request to send an email to info@Geocachingshop.nl with subject: "delete account information". This is only possible with the use of the email which is connected to the account or with a copy of a legal identification.
Geocachingshop.nl will store the information as provided by the customer in a file. This information will be used to process the order of the customer.
Your information is stored by Geocachingshop.nl in an automated system. You can receive notice on a regular basis, e.g. on new products or specials. In that case, you can update your personal account with the option " receive newsletter" marked.
Guarante, Not-good-return money and complaints
Of course, Geocachingshop.nl is taking special effort to complete your order as good as possible.
On all products, as delivered via Geocachingshop.nl the common legal guarantee rules are applicable.
The customer has the obligation to conduct the delivery properly in order to check whether it is according to the expectation. If this is not the case, Geocachingshop.nl requests the customer to inform Geocachingshop.nl as soon as possible, and in any case within 21 days after delivery or when notice of the problem. Geocachingshop.nl requests proper and written motivation of the problem.
In case the product is not fullfills the agreement, the customer has the option to receive a replacing product or have the payment on the product returned.
By confirming the order, you have agreed to accept the terms and conditions.
Geocachingshop.nl is not liable for inconsistencies in prices, pictures or texts on the site.
